Overview
Our returns and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your service or digital product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original format or packaging.
Several types of services and goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Custom-designed logos, flyers, pamphlets, graphics, and other creative works once final drafts are delivered and approved
- Perishable goods such as newspapers, business cards, or magazines.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Services or products with obvious signs of use
- Custom design projects that have been partially completed or where some drafts have been delivered
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Revisions and Exchanges
We only replace items or revise services if they are defective, damaged, or not delivered as agreed upon. If you need to request a revision or exchange for the same service, send us an email at [email address] and mail your item or detailed explanation of the requested revision to: [physical address].
